Friends of Kentucky Acres (FOKA) subdivision seeks to become a community that is unified, where all sections work together to meet common goals, share responsibilities, and have a greater ability to improve neighborhood common areas, property values, security, and communication.  

FOKA seeks to evenly distribute the burden of maintenance costs of the front entrance and common areas for the benefit of all. FOKA will work to right the mistakes that were made during the development stages of the subdivision so that Kentucky Acres residents speak with one voice and, thereby have greater influence with county officials on community issues.
